Now that I’m coming down off my gearshift high, I’m starting to get depressed. V-e-r-y depressed. Realizing I’m essentially back on my own again, unable to rely on, even on the pretending of it, that M is my best friend.

I decided to meet with M for lunch to go over audition stuff for this weekend. All went fine. I kept reminding myself before I went there… boundaries… boundaries…. but it was okay. Nothing worth reporting. He said he’ll call me tonight but even if he doesn’t that’s okay. Boundaries.
